I am so thankful for Gina and the staff at this location of PNC. They pulled through for me in a pinch and I am now in the process of moving my accounts from PenFed Credit Union. Since PenFed closed their local branch in E-Burg, I knew I was going to have to find a new financial institution but PNC went above and beyond for me with cashing a large check drawn on PNC and making out a cashier's check so that I could buy my car that day!!! The 1 star reviews are fake. Not a lot of people give 5 stars because the bank is so good and we don’t want more people to go 😂
I had an elderly couple give me a check from PNC Bank they're 80 years old they're signature might have been what it used to be so it was for $6,000 I deposited in my bank account and a few days later it came back and they said it was altered I called the customer I left them know the situation they said no problem Chris come over we'll give you another check we don't understand there's over $100,000 in the bank account and I said no problem at all I'll just come by and get another check so he writes me another check everyth... read more
The service sucks and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody because I think they are total rip offs making people pay for something that you didn't even do and letting people hack into your Bank accounts and having that person who hacks into your account run it up and overdraft you pay the amount that you own because someone else used your account totally rips off that's why I wouldn't recommend them anyone
My fiancé Came here to deposit some bonds. He asked a guy where should he go in order to deposit them and he directed him to go to the teller. He sat in line for about 20 minutes just for the teller to tell him that I would need an appointment. I am pregnant with twins asked to use the bathroom and the teller tells me to go to harbor freight because their bathroom was for employees only. This place sucks.
