This branch of pnc is better than the one on 611 but they are a bank after all. They aren’t here for your best interest
Just made an account, and it just so happens that my phone goes missing. Im positive my phone was stolen, called to ask them to check where I was sitting before I left. They said they did not find it, not only did they act like they did not care, they were just rude period! Closing my account ASAP! I came to the bank after I called to come look for my self before they closed, I was knocking on the glass, the ladies looked at me and left me standing there for 10 minutes until someone came to the door!
