First time in 20 years I ever have to go to another bank to replace $200 $20 bills to 2 $100 bills and they declined that as long I am not a customer they won’t entertain. I said what ! Is it for real ! They said yes. I drove from New Jersey and I stopped at pnc atm to get cash and then I thought to get $100 bills as atm gave me all $20 bills.
Horrible branch. The woman who assisted me was quite clearly a racist . When I asked what she did with my personal information she wrote down she stated it was in the shredder however consumers are not permitted to see the employees shred personal information. Unfortunately PNC Bank chose to close the branch at Eagle Valley when this branch should have been closed
DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!! THEY STOLE AND NEVER GAVE MY 107$ BACK FROM ME, and the staff was RUTHLESS, RUDE, DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL! I was a good customer for literally 4 years! And after a couple years, somehow got my card hacked, and someone not only stole the money on my account but in my gross savings. I had 107$ and more in my bank account, and I went in their to tell them my transactions were fraud, and the woman was SO rude and lied straight to my faces saying " I would have to pay the scammer" and there is nothing ... read more

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had and witnessed in my life. Lashonda in Marshalls Creek said she did not have time to even make an appointment for someone wanted to take out a loan. PNC you must really like watching money walk out the door. She then stated “I’m living my best life today of coarse I guess I’ll have to make you an appointment when I’m busy today” the lady stated “ok… I …hope so” The poor woman didn’t even know how to react to the rudeness.
