Been a customer of this branch for 20 yrs for convenience, No more this bank service is garbage. Used the atm machine to make a deposit and chewed my card. Called in right away to report. I was informed to go in the next day to get it back they be informing them via email if damaged they would get me a new one same number. When I went in gave my ID to the nasty man at reception he wanted proof of us residency or citizenship. Horrible. I waited for couple months too have call back from manager I try open busses account, no respond at all I keep call she always busy no call back. Horrible Horrible. Not recommend this branch
This place is horrible with customer service came in I understand when people are busy so I sat down and waited to be attended to when a banker came in from break she toke a person who just walked in no one asked me anything I sa there for 35 minutes and no one even ask anything just over looked me several times actually toke 2 more people I left horrible place to come to big advice take your business wise where
First time in 20 years I ever have to go to another bank to replace $200 $20 bills to 2 $100 bills and they declined that as long I am not a customer they won’t entertain. I said what ! Is it for real ! They said yes. I drove from New Jersey and I stopped at pnc atm to get cash and then I thought to get $100 bills as atm gave me all $20 bills.
Horrible branch. The woman who assisted me was quite clearly a racist . When I asked what she did with my personal information she wrote down she stated it was in the shredder however consumers are not permitted to see the employees shred personal information. Unfortunately PNC Bank chose to close the branch at Eagle Valley when this branch should have been closed
