Waiting for a month on rate info. I never heard from Bank representative. I went to the bank and no one has called me back. I called them and no one answers the phone.
I've been banking with PNC for 13 years and have been very satisfied with their service. They are a full service bank and have helped answer any questions and quickly resolve any issues I've had. Plus they have a lot of ATM locations.
