I do not like PNC, the only reason I keep it is because I travel back and forth and most states have PNC somewhere. My card got hit with multiple fraudulent charges. I try to go into the branch after contacting the online services since it was the weekend. I tell them hey my card got hacked, I need a new debt card and a refund because I travel back to Michigan for a family emergency tommorrow. I think that people who work in this area don't get paid because they are in front of you, you talk to them, they ignore you, others talk to you and you see them more when you chew gum, what's going on, people are not professional.

If you are looking for a good costumer service, someone to offers you solution to your problems, I'm sorry but these isn't the bank for you... they have a lack of information flow and they even don't take the time to verify your correct information. We use Smart Payment to cover the payments of a loan we have with these bank (which we never choose). We had the evidence that PNC bank received and charge the payment on October 17th, they have call us three times a day, so we can solve their problem... we had to go to the bank ... read more
