PNC is the perfect small town family bank. I have been a customer for 22 years. I worked with Kevin for many years who gave me personal attention for my business accounts. When my brother died, Bank of America would not help me with an estate account since my brother had lived in Ohio. The staff was nice. Lobby needs work
Everytime I visit and request coins, the clerks become very bitter, and question why I need them. As someone who has an account, I shouldn’t be harassed by making a simple request. Save your time and go to a bank that actually cares about its customers
