In general Pnc bank sucks across the board,but in particular this branch is head & head of between Stroudsburg of the worst customer service anywhere,1-5-26 ,go to both ATM machines and out of service, can't wait to close the account
Minimal line, super friendly staff that greets the regulars by name.
Their handling of changes to our family trust accounts have been an absolute joke. Waiting almost 5 weeks for someone to do their job. So disappointing. I will never bank here.
PNC is the perfect small town family bank. I have been a customer for 22 years. I worked with Kevin for many years who gave me personal attention for my business accounts. When my brother died, Bank of America would not help me with an estate account since my brother had lived in Ohio. I had tried them because my mom’s account had been there and we had investments at Bank of America.
