I called this branch and inquired about purchasing Euros. I will admit that I should have tried to get them earlier however I wasn’t aware that I needed to do that. I was specific when speaking with the person on the phone and told her I would need them by the next day. She asked what time I’d be in and when I told her she clearly state “ that should NOT be a problem “. The ATM is constantly broken. This is the 4th time in 3 months that I went after hours and it doesn’t work. However, the tellers are all really nice and professional.
I went to this bank to withdraw some money. The teller told me that the requirement to this is I need to tell the reason. I replied that I dont need to tell a reason to pull out my own money from the bank. Then she said that it is a government requirement. After a couple more polite exchanges she was able to give me money without giving the reason. The thing is not really the reason they wanted to withdraw my money, it is their attitude and rudness. Friendly and helpful staff the only complaint I have is they should offer free check ordering for seniors and free checking for ages 50 and above like other banks do
