I avoid this PNC Bank location at all costs. A few years ago, a VP from a different PNC Bank invited me to a women's event. I attended and for the most part, it was largely beneficial. However, I met one of the bank employees, I believe her name is Michelle Dodoo. My experience with her was an awful one. She displayed the most extraordinary unprofessional behavior I had ever witnessed in a setting like that. It was bruising and egregious. Overall, PNC Bank is a decent bank. There are no tellers here just a person standing in an empty room that seemed annoyed when asked for help. I twice tried to use the virtual teller that there appears to be one of inside. Both times it just cut off mid transaction. This place is pretty pointless now and they closed the next 2 closest branches. Luckily across the street there is a real bank called ESSA that has people in person that will actually help you. I'll be closing my PNC account that I've had for 20 years and going over there now.
The associate was very nice and professional. One star because you need an *appointment* just to get a cashier's check. I don't know what a "solution center" is but I wish we had known before driving to this location that it's not really a bank anymore
