This bank is absolutely amazing. I had issues trying to set up an account online and totally screwed it up. I went into this particular branch and was helped by a wonderful woman by the name of Leah Campailla, branch banker. She not only got my account squared away but did it in a professional manner so that I didn't feel like I was an idiot. Thank you Leah. My only complaint is that I cannot access my online banking. If you have a low amount in your account they will intentionally overdraft your account with the 7.00 fee just so you have to pay a overdraft fee
