I went in to open a new account and was told by the bank manager everyone was too busy and it was suggested that I go to a different location, because they have more staff than her. She sent them an email, and later said they were busy too. She wanted me to come back the following day, but after me standing there patiently for a quite some time having random conversation with the manager, she offered me to go online and open an account there. I just got asked to leave the parking lot and go to Kroger parking lot and wait for them to open before returning. I was 20 minutes early parking with no where I needed to be and a car pulled up beside me and asked me to leave. She said they were weird about me sitting there on my phone. 25 years of banking there I think it’s time for a change. See you later PNC………
