I’ve been dealing with multiple banks for many years but this one is the worst service by a long shot! Slowest service ever!
I love(d) the staff at this bank, but encountered a new face today and she was horrible. My husband and I deposited two checks from a yearly dividend we receive from an investment bank. I recently lost my youngest son and I needed to go to PNC Bank to settle some of his estate. From the moment I walked in I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. Arthur Campbell helped me with my son’s estate and he was so supportive and sympathetic to my situation.
