Absolutely the worst PNC branch in Pennsylvania every single time I come in here they make it almost impossible to do business. I’ve been screwed out of a car loan I was preapproved for. I was told I could not withdraw my own money they told me withdrawing $9000 to buy used car” didn’t make sense” and now I tried to deposit and insurance check to get my roof fixed and they told me that in 30 years they’ve never seen an insurance check Resembling the one I handed them. Always friendly and helpful. They reach out to me annually to make sure I am getting the most out of my banking experience. They have instant card replacement which is a big plus. The only minor issues I have is that they have limited hours so check before you go there and there is no drive up ATM. There is a place where it could go and most other local PNC branches do have this. It would be a great addition to the bank in the borough of West Pittston.

Absolutely the worst PNC bank in the world. All the tellers are ignorant and nasty. That includes the bank manager. If anything the manager should be more respectful and polite to people, in this case shes actually worse. So because of this branch and how often i go there, i closed my account and went to wells fargo. If i could give it a negative 2 stars, i would....
