I called last week asking for CD rates and money market rates as I'm going to be receiving a large sum of money in the next month or so. The rep says she can't assist but will have someone call me. Apparently she told the Clark's summit office that I'm interested in investing this money when I specifically told her I was looking for a conservative cd. The complete opposite of what I told her. So dumb they got rid of their tellers there and only one bank now in scranton that has tellers is down town. And tried to deposit cash at the ATM and it doesn't allow you to click to deposit it. But the viewmont mall ATM allows you to deposit it. 🤣
There is not teller there and you will not find an answer with the manager.

PNC Bank was public enemy #1 at the National Level. In fact, we were discussing moving money out of PNC and into Navy Fed/Wells Fargo, etc. We moved my Dad into an Assisted Living facility, and I forwarded his mail to my address in RI. We have a financial POA and it wasn't always being honored, sometimes the check book and debit card would work, sometimes it wouldn't.
