Truly the best PNC in Columbus. I have never met a group of women so knowledgeable and kind ever! Always fast service. They can get you in and out less than 16 minutes. So grateful to their team. 15/10
I recently had a certificate mature so I stopped in the olentangy river rd branch I was told by the banker, Ishraq that I would have to come in on the day it matured to deal with it and she was resistant towards me closing the account She acted like she'd move it to a new certificate at 4% but I saw I was getting.021% instead Now I have a chunk of money being held hostage with no return and have to schedule time away from work to recover it in four months to prevent it from happening again I will never invest a penny with PN... read more
I've had to go into this location several times as this seems to be the only location near me that offers Teller services. Service is friendly, quick and easy. However, they seem to go through Tellers as I have a new one every time I go in. On my last visit I went in to deposit a money order (because the ATM doesn't take them) and the Teller didn't know what it was...that was annoying.
The people at the bank were helpful and kind.
I found the employees at this branch to be rude and sometimes even difficult-especially one of the bankers. I'd recommend trying another PNC branch as I detested my experience dealing with the people at this one...
