In general- i found the manager of this branch and the bankers there to be unnecessarily confrontational and they left a very negative impression..
Folks at PNC are always pleasant and helpful.

I went in to order Canadian dollars and the two girls were very talkative all about Canada and gave me a receipt that I did not look at until I got home and they changed the US funds to Euros !!!!
