Daniel is charismatic, informative and a pleasure to be around when I was putting in my travel notice and getting a new credit card. I always come out feeling energized and ready with my financials. Best PNC branch I’ve been to thus far!
If you're wanting a bank location that can provide cash withdrawals in specified denominations go somewhere else because they don't do that here and you have to use their ATM terminal on site that only doles out twenties. ATM is in their atrium between doors so you're not on the street taking cash out.
As an international student having a fixed address usually takes time, other banks don't care and dont help without a U.S address but PNC is so amazing and helpful. I was able to open an account in less than an hour. The lady who helped me explained everything so well. Excellent service.
Used to have a 24 hour ATM where I could deposit and withdrawal. In the last year or so, it hasn't been open a single time. The door has been locked during business hours, after hours and weekends on several days throughout the last year that I've tried to enter. Super frustrating if I need to deposit some cash.
