Very dishonest bank. They passed me a counterfeit bill and will not honor their mistake. Didn't care that I had entire withdrawal in the original envelope and that was the first bill I took out to use. The sheriff that I had to call (the bank refused to call) and local police will not investigate. They said that if an individual merchant would have given it to me, they would have. To actually get your banking done visit any other branch. The Tallmadge branch would not deposit my Fidelity brokerage check. The Hartville branch had no problem.
Horrible. This bank wants to charge a 2% transaction fee in order to cash a check that is written from their bank, this is ridiculous.

WARNING, horrible bank, equally horrible employees, specifically Adul Karim Khodr, whose rude, dishonest, and tends to treat black customers differently from Asian, Indians, and Caucasians customers. If you enjoy being treated like a criminal by your bank, then this is the bank for you. If you deal with this bank, be careful and check your accounts(s) daily for errors.
Worst Bank in existence!!! Every time I call I get transferred to there automated customer "disservice" Witch can do nothing to slove the Issues I'm having with PNC.

customer 25 years had a dispute needed to devide a check amount we won the dispute with other bank very quickly we lost with pnc same dispute pnc would not budge wishI could reopen since other bank agreed and gave us credit same dispute different banks thank you!
