Worst bank ever not anything against this location but PNC is literally the worst bank you can go with. Do not recommend at all.
This bank is one of the largest in the country, yet it has been unable to resolve its ongoing ATM issues for nearly a year. I have never encountered a worse ATM experience. The machine is frequently out of service, or malfunctions, and processing a transaction often takes over five minutes—sometimes even 10 to 15 minutes when there are other cars waiting. so far everything is ok so I don't understand the low ratings.. Maybe it's mostly people who are not satisfied who write.. in my case nice service, help with preparing a check, nice conversation with the manager of the branch.
This place honestly reminds me of an ex, one day I like it next day I depise her or it..there are definitely better choices to do banking and I need to take my own advice..back in December I had ny whole account in 5 hrs..now its been 7 days trying to get a copy of 3 checks
BEWARE! CHECK your accounts for service fees! CLOSE any money market accounts or interest bearing accounts - the interest paid is pennies and you will be charged junk fees if the balance falls below minimums. Open an account with Fidelity Investments to earn the highest interest. The banks are predatory and will rob you blind, only use them for FREE checking accounts.
