Poor customer service. Still waiting (3 weeks have passed) for an account credit to be entered for a cancelled safe deposit box.
Cori is awesome! Without her getting me in same day and opening an account I would be at a different bank right now!
I do not have a checking account however, I do have a credit card. And I haven't had a problem with them since like 2016
Customer service is not good
In bank terms -- As a bank this is a currency exchange -- and this is not a good thing. They have four or five cubbie holes to stuff the customer in. If they don't fit that is the customer's problem. And like a currency exchange they are not shy about charging fees. No outside of the box thinking or above and beyond accommodations here just big bank attitudes and rigidness.
