Greasy even for a bank
My daughter's bank account information was given away by PNC Bank. She did not authorize this. When she contacted customer service, she was unable to get anyone on the phone. She then did a chat version to customer service. They informed her that they didn't sell her information and it was okay for them to give it away. They then blamed her for them giving it away because she didn't tell them that she didn't want all of her bank account information given away. Such a bad place to bank with I have never had this many problems with a bank before I put a couple thousand in my account and I haven’t been able to use it for the past 4 days now even got a new card and everything this back is so unprofessional and rude I will never recommend anyone to use this bank save your time because there’s too many problems.
