They have no concept of time management. I arrived at 9am when the doors open.. the banker on duty... was told it would be 15 minutes. At 9:30, I was told it was going to be another 15 minutes. It's now after 10:10 am and the only updates are "we don't know how long it's going to be". If I had known 15 minutes was going to be an hour plus, I would have gone to Loves Park when they first told me there would be a wait.
