I always have a great experience with pnc bank. They make me feel more like a family member then just a customer. This is not just the Harrison location but the other 2 locations as well. They have it together that's for sure and are always trying to help you with not just banking but ,loans, build credit, and much much more. Highly recommend them for all your banking needs

I’ve banked with PNC since 1980, 1st in Wheaton, Il and in Rockford for 15 years. I have 2 checking accounts, 1 credit card ( with a ridiculous $300 credit limit) and 1 small personal loan. I have never been late with a payment. Yesterday I had an emergency need for $1,000 so I applied for a 6 month loan which was declined. So 43 years of being a good customer didn’t matter with my loan request. I will definitely be looking for a new bank, one that will come through in times of need.
