Doesn’t even have a branch manager currently to address customer issues. How embarrassing. Transfers you to a useless customer service line that’s difficult to understand. Online banking is non existent unless you sign up in office— you cannot do it yourself leading to difficult account management. Got locked out of voice banking and they told me they didn’t know why… hilarious they cannot even give me a reason. After a very long Time I got to say this was a great Service at this Bank , someone there (Sara from Alabama)new employee I guess .She went above an beyond to help me on my little account problem .Thank you Sara!
This one in Jackson is nice and friendly staff.
You call the bank and you never get nobody to answer the phone. It takes like 10 minutes and the phone rings and rings and rings and no one ever answers it.
