Been with PNC for years would highly reccommend!
Their website messes up almost every night, and the transactions are not in order. The staff there are all good! Don't use the ATM they just took my money and told me that they cannot give me my money back that they don't even have nothing to do with the ATMs that they use at there bank so now I cannot make my deposit or use my account.
What a joke PNC is. It took me 20 minutes to cash a check for less than $100. Only one person was there besides me. No apology was given for making me wait that long. I've never experienced worse customer service at a bank in my life. Avoid this location at all costs. It should take 5 minutes to complete a transaction.
