It is a person’s bank, which means you walk into a lobby and talk to an ATM… I went in today to try to get money out apparently they’re having issues and the camera is not working so I was not able to get my money. It was a big hassle and I’m tired of dealing with it so I will be switching banks!
PNC Vandalia. Horrible first inpression. Walked in and not even a hello! No thanks. Taking my business to a bank that will at least acknowledge my presence!
Used to be a great branch location. Now this is a remote branch, so it's essentially ONLY an ATM. You aren't allowed to go inside and work with a banker for normal transactions - everything is done through the ATM drive-thru. You can do most transactions thru the ATM, but for some reason, you cannot deposit coins here! I have to go to another PNC location to do coin transactions. Super annoying.
