It was nessasary to have my wife account switch over to me. I had spoken to one of their associates by phone, but they need other information in person to change over the accounts. I was greeted at the front desk and told to wait for their account representative. The wait was less than five minutes before we were able to verify the information I had and get the account transferred to me. Went to drop a deposit today in the rain and was greeted at my car by Mr pond with an umbrella! He made me feel like a truly valued customer!!
Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru so they could find a missing penny. As a business customer, this is unacceptable and a waste of my time.
Got a letter in the mail that had me confused as I don't bank with PNC. Cheryl was super helpful figuring out what was going on, super friendly, and easy to work with. Issue all sorted. A++ job, Cheryl! No notes!
