This branch is notoriously slow and inefficient. I dread each and every visit because I don’t know if it will be a few minutes or half an hour. Do better for our neighborhood.
They've always been very helpful to me. They're also not so quick 2 close ur acct. for overdraft. Thanks. Have been with them for more than 20 years .
This is the second time I’ve come here forced to deposit cash through the drive up and It makes me feel like the people that work here at night be stealing from customers. They’ll lock the doors early and blame it on a safety emergency. It’s so damn trifling This occurred Monday 02-24-2025
I noticed the old crew is no longer with PNC. These new people are so fake, they are hesitate to touch my transactions. How dare you consider that disgusting where you are a minority as well. I can't believe the hollywood tone , the 90210 attitudes. Who hire them , bring back the old crew. I will consider closing all my accounts Unprofessional, unethical, no customer service at all
I loved the sevice here they made me feel at home.As soon as I came through the door I got greeted by more then one person.They truly love their job very caring personality love to have opened my account here I couldn’t have made a better choice .
