Dissatisfied Customer I chose National City as my bank and also my lender for my mortgage. They messed up horribly and ended up costing me $3000 more in costs to close my house - and didn't bother to tell me till a couple of days before.
National City Worst service ever We opened our accounts with National City and they did everything wrong. From our initial check order which was wrong numbers, incorrect phone etc. to waiting another 4 weeks for them to correct it. They never return phone calls all inquiries into what was going on with our check order was us calling them. They seem to feel that when you open accounts with them they own you & your finances and can treat you like dirt. national city bank new haven fl. i felt this bank could not have been any nicer to a new customer. arrived a few minutes before closing and was treated in a friendly and quick manner. did not feel pushed at all. glad they are the same as my national city in pittsburgh pa. will continue banking there. mr & mrs whiteford

PNC Bank - sold annuities to an elderly person Never do business with this bank. They sold my father, an elderly man with dementia, living in an assisted living home, annuities. The local vice president actually came into his room and had him sign the paperwork.
very unfriendly i went to open a bank account and these people are very rude.i don't think anyone should have to deal with them! the things these people say and do are uncalled for!
National City Bank I am so glad my friend suggested this bank! The staff is extremely friendly and efficient and the accounts are fantastic. I got money to open my account and get points to use my debit card and write checks! I am making money using my money and enjoy visiting the bank!
