These people left me waiting with no help in the lobby for over 45 minutes. Horrendous customer service, every single one of you should be fired.
Horrible. I waited in line for over an hour. It's a waste of time.
Last week I needed to process some documents. I decided to visit this branch for convenience. Sammy a banker helped me processing my documents, but a couple of days later I realized an original document was not included with the returns.. I called Sammy but he rudely says he’s with a customer and couldn’t talk, he didn’t offer to call back.
