Last week I needed to process some documents. I decided to visit this branch for convenience. Sammy a banker helped me processing my documents, but a couple of days later I realized an original document was not included with the returns.. I called Sammy but he rudely says he’s with a customer and couldn’t talk, he didn’t offer to call back. Don’t bother calling, they don’t pick up . The Palm Beach ( branch which I loved ) went virtual 👎 so stuck with this branch . I usually have to go in person to get my issues handled.
