I always have a good experience with this branch! Friendly staff, branch is always cleaned & organized, I am always in & out quick, and whenever I need assistance I always have a good experience coming here. One of the only great branches in Erie! I do miss the branch on West 8th Street, but, this branch is wonderful.
If I could do a zero start review I would. This banks ATM is SPIDER INFESTED. There was a spider the size of a strawberry maybe bigger. There were huge spiders all over and it was so scary. Please make a change!
Had the absolute pleasure of working with Barb yesterday. She was beyond kind, friendly and helpful. She deserves all the recognition and more!! PNC is lucky to have her.
