Terrible service at this location, unfriendly staff, have an appointment today January 12, 2024, for a 1pm appointment, walked into bank stand at customer service desk for 15 mins and no one asked me if I need help, not a word so I just left

While I’ve had positive experiences with the staff, the ATM ate my cash upon deposit. This resulted in needing to dispute the transaction and a delay to having funds in my account. Lesson learned - deposit cash with a teller. Do not use the ATM to make deposits - it is unreliable at best.
This location is a joke. It’s takes like 20 minutes to make a deposit.
