What a surprisingly pleasant time I had today at this branch of PNC. After being a PNC bank customer for 53 years I can say I’ve seen the inside of many branches. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had . To say they welcomed a new face to their branch is an understatement! I was very happily greeted by Dana with a nice smile & friendly face. There is a banker here named Dana who laughs at 50% of my jokes. That is amazing because most people only laugh at 25% of my jokes. I don't know if my average is getting better or if Dana is particularly benevolent. This is a great bank, and I've just discovered that I have been with this bank for 23 years. That's a really long time but too late to ask for a divorce. LOL.
Terrible experience. The bank teller was rude.
