Always friendly when I went in, and the security was cool and fun to talk to. I was a delivery driver for JJ's, and they ordered all the time. What kind of bank gets rid of all of their coins? What is even the purpose of this? I know banks are meant to take the money from your customer base and use it to get executives rich, but you can’t even pretend to be helping us anymore? The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the staff has been incredibly kind and helpful every time I’ve been here.

Had a real estate client recently use PNC bank for a purchase loan on a single family home to be used as a second home. The PNC Mortgage team missed our close of escrow by 8 days. At no point did anyone from PNC explain or apologize for the delay, which injected a significant amount of stress into the transaction for the Seller, the listing agent, the Buyer, and us as buyer's agents. The delay also cost the Buyers a daily fee, paid to the Sellers.
