Got an appointment with Tina for opening accounts & she is the best very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
i called pnc earlier today and spoke to mo who informed me i could come to the branch to open a savings account without an appt. i left and was at the branch 20 minutes later. when i arrived i was told by the manager that i would not be helped because i didn't have an appt. poor management and under trained tellers. switching banks, you lost a customer today
Kind of annoyed with this branch. I went in before I had to temporarily move oversees and added my mom to my accounts so that I could have someone in the States with access to my accounts just in case something happened. Except that this branch only added her to one of my accounts and now every time I need help all she can do is withdraw and deposit cash. PNC won’t help me with my debit PIN or anything over the phone and now I have no one to go into a branch for me for at least another year. Kind if stinks 🤷♀️.
No $100 bills two days in a row. System down the previous day. Bank opens at 9am, tellers don't have their stations prepped and ready to provide service until 9:10am
