I went in to cash a check drawn on PNC Bank but have no account there. They charge a fee to cash a check that their customer wrote. I was charged a different amount at this Bank for the exact same amount check from a week ago that I cashed in Different location.
No acknowledgement from person sitting at desk upon entry, which was ok as he was on the phone. Even when he got off , no acknowledgement. I was greeting by a young lady who called me back then told me the system just went down despite her just helping someone and multiple people being helped by the tellers. Her suggestion was to come back in a couple of days, not later today. No worries, I will not be presenting back as it felt like a bad choice. Scheduled multiple appointments to open a biz bank account. Branch relationship manager was never there each time and never reached out despite me leaving my documents and contact info. It's been over 8 weeks now
Reception was nice and helpful. Teller got me sorted with my request after intake. Wide number of services available at this location.
