I had a very disappointing experience at this branch today. I asked the employee, Liz, for a reference number, and she refused to provide it. My brother spoke with her on the phone to explain exactly what we needed, but she was unhelpful and dismissive. When we asked to speak with the manager, she said the manager was busy. When we asked for the assistant manager, she claimed there was none at this branch, even though there is. I just called to have our previous home owners name removed from our address. The phone rang at least 30 times…no one picked up. Finally hung up. Poor customer service!
Date: 7/24/25 @ 0930 I took my son to the PNC branch located at 7876 E 96th St in Fishers, IN. My son, went in to pay his car note. I am very disappointed in how he was treated. My son has went to other branches and been able to pay his car payment by just giving his name and address. However, this branch was quite different. Met with Brandon several times to set up a Trust account and he is great to work with. Although another PNC Branch is closer to me the staff there (Greenwood) did not follow up or respond in timely manner. I will let 96th st handle my walk in needs and do everything else through on-line banking.
