Best customer service ever. Every time I need to talk with someone it is always easy. Kind, attentive, and quick to get me in, rarely ever have to wait.
This is the absolute worst bank. I have an account at this bank with my daughter and wanted to cash a check for $75. After standing in the bank waiting for 10 minutes the teller asked how she could help. I gave the teller my Pa photo Drivers license a credit card in my name as a second form of id. Then she asked for my social security number, my phone number, and a recent transaction on the account. I have PNC for a bank but this particular location sucks very much because they do not have in-house banking there is no tellers indoors and I cannot do any indoor banking with this place which makes it very inconvenient considering it's the only one in Massillon
