I'm sharing my (lengthy) opinion as a non- customer that's worked directly with pnc for my parents/grandparents for the past 4+ years. Overall, it's been a bit of a roller coaster nightmare in terms of the trial and error banking options that have been available, all in which, imo, have been a complete fluke with exception of course of the traditional in-person tellers at the drive thru Windows or inside the bank. The worst banking service you can use put money in saving account to try to build interest but am charged monthly to use the account and literally drained the money out of my account rather than building interest this bank is nothing but a joke and a scam if you want to build interest just use chime.
