How do you have a brand new ATM that is still constantly down??? As someone who works late hours, it is convenient to be able to put cash in my account at night. But atleast 2x a week the ATMs down or not taking cash. The old ATM was just as bad. I dont understand how you have a brand new one that never works. ATMs are not a new concept.
