Shocker this branch has 3 stars. Just recently got married and called yesterday to start process on changing my last name. Was told I could either walk into any branch or they could mail me forms by mail to mail back in. I walked into the branch today, branch manager is sitting down & there was another banker there. I was told there is absolutely no one there that could help me do that, they were completely "booked." Not one person in the bank.... I asked okay, can i just have the forms then and i will take them home to fill... read more
Sad that even though my employer banks with PNC and stores millions of dollars in their banks that they can loan and make interest on, but when I show up to cash my little minimum wage check they charge me $7 for not having an account.
Convenient location located within the Giant food store! Also offers extended hours for banking! Great way to handle all business with one stop!!
