I only use them because I have to. They take your money but dont make it easy to get back. That is called theft

I recommend you take your business elsewhere don’t deal with PNC. They are not trustworthy. They cut my accounts off without letting me know and they have not been very responsive for returning my calls. Find another place to bank! They’re terrible. And very disorganized. Nobody knows what’s going on. Shawn at the Urbana Branch is no very trustworthy.
