Went to PNC ridgeville bank IN PERSON with a cashiers check and personal check. Was informed by the Manager -cesar. M ridgeville bank manager, mt. Airy that since its Friday, it would post on Tuesday. I wasnt thrilled that a cashiers check at PNC bank takes that long to post. Now today is thursday, and I am busy doing grocery. Way too long of a wait for drive thru. Only 2 people ahead of me and it took so long to get thru. I do not understand why they close branches so everyone has to deal with one branch. It is time to switch banks I think.
Never had a pleasant experience at this branch. A few months ago I brought in a document to notarize and the guy point blank refused to notarize it because it was "a court document" - it was an application to take the Bar exam. Just went there today to get my name updated and again the same guy, Sam, said he couldn't do it. He offered to make an appointment for another day, but after we just stared at each in silence for a minute, I left.
