I love working with Tudorita the manager of the branch. She helps me with my accounts and is so helpful with what products that PCC offers and what products I should take!
We've banked with PNC for over 16 years. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to see a banker, even faster if I make an appointment. Their fraud protection services are very accurate and quick to notify of potential fraud. The employees in Mt Airy are always pleasant to work with.
PNC Bank at the Mt. Airy branch has been my bank for both personal and business for the past twenty plus years. Through the years at times it has been difficult getting documents notarized without an appointment, difficult getting monies wired and unsatisfactory customer service at times. I've always wondered why all the identification was necessary in cashing checks. Awful customer service Put on hold forever and disconnected And never got a call back. Less than helpful people here Would not recommend!
