I left the bank feeling disappointed by the way I was treated. The employee came across as dismissive and made me feel like I was being looked down on instead of being treated with the same respect as every other customer. Customer service should make people feel welcome and valued, regardless of their situation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should leave feeling judged or disrespected.
Doris really helped me out today! I had an appointment scheduled but the person was out sick. She was able to squeeze me in before her next appointment to reschedule me as well as answer any questions I had. I feel very encouraged leaving today, can't wait to plan my finances with Doris again!
Always Great service when I go to the bank.. no problems w any of the bank tellers. I have been banking here for little less then a yr... wouldn't go anywhere else to do my banking business...
You better allow yourself plenty of time. The simplest transactions take forever.
