You better allow yourself plenty of time. The simplest transactions take forever.
I was a walk in and there was a short line but the tellers were wonderful at communicating that they will be with us shortly. Lori was my teller and she was great! Very professional but also very personable and kind. This experience was the best one I’ve had at any PNC branch.
This Bank is the absolute worst people here seem very Judgmental and are the absolute worst at being helpful
It is always a pleasant experience to visit PNC. Tellers are very good at working with each individual need. And they are always very helpful and cheerful to help in any way.
Worst service ever manager is completely worthless better off just to drive by don’t ever stop sat for an hour and no help
