This bank does not inform the customers of any monetary changes or charges until after the money has been taken from an account. They are not very friendly either. They also do not cash checks for free anymore. Overall, I did not find their business to be 100% honest or trustworthy. This bank made me feel robbed from instead of doing their due diligence to guard and protect my bank accounts and give some kind of an increase to me, the customer.
Staff has always been very helpful.
