This place is awful. They are NEVER adequately staffed and if you are looking to get in and out in a timely fashion-forget it. It is at minimum a 15 minute wait every time I have been and there is certainly no semblance of urgency here. Super frustrating. Unfortunately I have to come here due to work but other than that, I would avoid this location like the plague!
I love PNC but this branch has been really slow the last few times I've visited.
Had to wait in line for 30 minutes for them to queue through only 2 people in front of me. Then once I got up there they tried taxing me 2.5% to cash their own PNC check. Both as an individual branch and a company you've quite simply put, have got to do better.
Excellent customer service.
I've been to every PNC bank in Frederick now, and no, you are not boring. ❤️🤠
