Had to wait in line for 30 minutes for them to queue through only 2 people in front of me. Then once I got up there they tried taxing me 2.5% to cash their own PNC check. Both as an individual branch and a company you've quite simply put, have got to do better.

Wanted to share my experience today at the PNC Westview location because the customer service my daughters and I received from the assistant branch manager, Justin was outstanding. We came in because Google said they had a coin machine. I inquired with Justin when we came in and they did not, but he greeted us with a smile and said do you have time? One of the best banks I have ever seen, really friendly staffs specially there is a man who is called Augustin there, he is a really good guy. I didn't had an appointment but he accepted and finished my work in five minutes. I absolutely recommend you to use this bank.
