I come here all the time to do my banking needs. Never disappoint, always fast and polite service. Outstanding service from the staffs. There is always plenty of parking at this bank, at least for the times that I go.
Today I just wanted to ask for their current rate for high rate savings account. So I called, and waited for 6 minutes, no one ever answered the phone at the Weston branch. Does anyone work there?

Full disclosure, we are long-term, PNC clients, I maintain two business accounts and a personal account, my fiancé has her business with PNC as well as her mortgage. Normally, I do business with Doreen Robinson in the Sunrise Blvd bank branch, super professional! If I could give her branch six stars I would!! The Weston branch is so unprofessional.
