Very unpleasant experience and really did not seem like the brightest people working there. Definitely wouldn't trust my money with them. The guy that was suppose to add someone to my account did not know what he was doing, until someone from another branch (Gaithersburg PNC bank) that was there helping the branch in Damascus helped him out. We were waiting for an hour. Turned out the guy was just opening a new account for instead of adding a authorized user to the current open account. I would not recommend this branch to a... read more
