This is the best bank I ever dealt with the staff is friendly courteous, I never had any issues with PNC bank and I have been with them for over 11 years.
Generally slow and rude here. I can usually deal with one or the other. But they are a special flavor of ick here.
I've been with this bank for over 18yrs and have never met a teller as rude as I did this visit. The date was December 22nd. I was staying that it was funny that after being with this bank for so long I still have to show 2 forms of ID. His reply was I don't know you do you know me. This came across as snappy and rude to the point that I told him nevermind with my transaction and went to a different branch. Defintly won't be back to this branch.
Baffled by this branch. It shouldn’t take 30 plus minutes to make a deposit.
