Rude and unhelpful
I needed a new Debit card, because the present one was cracked. It worked when inserted into readers, but would not work for "Tap". I went in & was assisted by Vicki Kresge @ the PNC Bank in Brighton, MI. When I went in it was approximately 4:50PM or so. I was only planning to ask questions and come back earlier in coming days to get the card done. Vicki was willing to do the card right away, for which I was astounded. It was done in short time! Brighton / Hartland / Howell I would avoid if considering. Eventually you will need in person help from your bank. When that time comes, PNC won't be very interested in listening or helping.
