Although I live in Pinckney I will go out of my way not to go to the Brighton PNC Branch. They literally do not care about their Clients and definitely do not want to be there. It is almost like they go out of their way to be painstakingly slow and look at the long line forming while Managers and other employees walk by and refuse to assist although their are 10 people in line. I stay with PNC because I do not see this at any other branch.

Garbage bank, poor attitude, new policy’s every other week . Garbage. Please I would recommend anything else. Even hiding under your mattress would be better.
