Pnc is going down hill,management sucks,branches are closing and they have made the whole process of getting anything impossible,PNC SUCKS
I will never get a car loan again with PNC Bank. They admitted that they don’t see a letter of release was sent once the loan was paid off. The branch can’t do anything. Bank at Genisys Credit Union. Lower rates and excellent customer service. Gave us release of loan letter at a branch within 30 minutes.
I went in the bank to get ideas on how to better secure my small business account. The new branch manager, Mahdi Tabra, was very helpful and suggested a few ways to improve security and also offered to help our business develop an online donation/client payment system which is something we've been wanting to do for awhile.
