I usually go to my PNC branch in Ohio, but when I’m visiting my parents, I stop at the PNC in Brighton, Michigan. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone there, I’ve had a negative experience with the staff being rude and unhelpful. The first time I visited after opening my account, I didn’t know how to fill out deposit slips and was also in the process of trying to get a vehicle that day.
