I've been to this location a good amount of times seeing as I work 2 blocks away. Never had a good time. If you got time this is your bank. If you're in a rush, go to a different location. Figure it out guys!
Very bad
So I opened my virtual wallet account online as a new customer, the night before coming in. I then came in the following day to transfer money from my chime account to my new Pnc account. Kristine was the one who helped me. She not only did the transfer for me, but printed me a debit card, so I didn’t have to wait for mine to come in the mail. drive through ATM is not 24/7. doesn’t work until after 9. you have to go inside before then.
Thank Andrea Blevins for helping me get the calculated service charge refunded. Because my account is a student account, I shouldn't have such fee to pay. Before calling her, I called PNC at least four times and didn't succeed in getting the fee back.
