I had an appointment for my business to get a business account with PNC, and the manager cares about her customers enough to protect you if she thinks it's needed and offers advice. She'll still open your account if you want.

Terrible place I been sitting here for an hour just to open up a bank account and the one girl is just walking around twirling her car keys in circles and doing nothing to be helpful and the staff was very rude making me seem like I’m the problem even though I been sitting here waiting patiently and then the guy who I had to wait on gets up and goes out on lunch. So I recommend if your in the Elyria area do not stop by the midway mall area, very slow and frustrating.
Do not use Pnc or Pnc Merchant services for business banking. They will upsell you on devices that you can only use with their company they have high monthly fees. If you don’t use your devices, they will cancel your services account without your knowledge. If you call Customer Care lines, they don’t care at all. They blame me for not using my Merchant services, but charge me gladly for it every month. Merchant services is a scam.
