Andy in the loan department is not someone I would recommend. Thankful I trusted my gut when her incompetent mistakes presented red flags in an auto loan that I was the selling party. She wanted me to accept a payment check that my name was misspelled on after she (for reasons now unknown as I was not the borrowing customer) checked my license. She suggested that she could just handwrite the missing letter on a computer filled in/printed check.10/10 do not recommend.

I went to make a deposit and it was over a 30 min wait. Only one teller working to take care of all of the windows and the drive through. I went into the bank to get some problems resolved and the banker could not resolve any of them. I got a PPP loan through them years ago and a couple of years ago it was partially forgiven. It should have been fully forgiven. Now I get a 1099-C for the PPP loan. They are sending out fraudulent 1099-C. I even gave the banker a copy of the IRS regulation.
Very friendly and the most customer centric bank I’ve ever worked with. Always ready to help and you never feel like a number, the personal bankers let you know you’re a valued customer!
