I want to thank and recognize Denesha Ray for excellent customer service. I had some questions about our account, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She had my questions answered and set me up online in no time. We have had consistently good experiences with PNC. I appreciate this so much in times of so much questionable customer service.
Although my appointment started late it was understandable since they were busy Carter was very helpful and informative. He was very good at being insightful of ways I can utilize my account and their tools to be more effective for me. I appreciate how genuine and kind he is/was I’d highly recommend Carter
