I've been with PNC since it took over National City. When I would go in to this location. I was welcomed with smiles and asked if they could help me. Now, since all the previous staff left and new ones are in there. No one smiles and welcomes me. There's a guy at a "reception" desk asking if you are going to cash a check then suggests using the ATM. I feel like the whole staff doesn't even feel like they want to be there. It's not the same environment it once was. They should be thankful they have jobs nowadays and be happy ... read more
