Katie is by far the worst manager I’ve ever encountered at this bank. I stood there for hours, and she couldn’t even assist her own teller it honestly felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. I’m extremely disappointed with the service, and I strongly advise you not to open an account at this location.
Went through pnc bank drive through teller on mattis and kirby in champaign il and my card got stuck in the machine I told someone in the bank about it they told me I had to call my bank and it wasn't nothing they could do about it , and if I had a account there they could have gave me another card so I had to report my card lost and now no money until my new card is mailed Was not happy with pnc bank No help Not professional
Augustine was extremely rude to me. We have a corporate account with this location and when i was inquiring about receipts which they had no record of my 4 deposits which was alarming she said that someone from another Store may have picked them up. She rolled her eyes at theough the teller window.
