I just want to know why don't you answer the phone when customers call more than once
Not efficient in any way
I worked with a lady named Shelby Barr. She is one of the best people you can ever meet! She’s very personable and professional. She helped me set up an account and explain to me about how a wire transfer works. She knew I was moving to Florida and when I got out here, she wrote me a handwritten letter and wished me the best on my journey. Couldn’t ask for a better branch banker to work with! Wish I could’ve worked with her longer in Champaign.
